Professional Practices Committee

The Committee's tasks are:

• Handling complaints and dealing with breaches of the Code
• Formulating new decisions
• Taking decisions
• Handling questions of interpretation
• Making recommendations to the secretariat for revision of the Guidance, where considered necessary
• Making recommendations to the MFU Board for revision of the Code where considered necessary
• Making recommendations to the MFU Board for revision of the Product List where considered necessary
• Consists of seven members, with deputies. The Committee is quorate when five members/deputies are present. Decisions are taken by ordinary majority.
